What is your on-line purchase return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a complete refund less shipping and handling fees, under the following conditions:
  • You must contact Seraphim Boutique at info@seraphimboutique.com for a RA# (return authorization #), place this RA# on the outside of your return package.
  • We must receive your item back within 10 days of receipt of your order with a copy of the original receipt.
  • The items must have the original tags on them & must be in the original condition, new & clean.
  • Lingerie & Undergarments are final sale.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. Make sure you insure & certify your shipment to us, so you can track it.
